Now and the Future

The Bandstand Project is being managed by The Rotary Bandstand for Luton.

This is an exciting Project which will benefit the whole community. Once complete, this new venue will be available for all Luton community groups, bands and orchestras as well as for exhibitions and theatre; providing a focal point for community events in the Park.

Local MPs are fully behind the Project:

“Luton has a wonderful musical heritage and restoring the Bandstand will be great for the future talent.  I think it is a very positive thing." Kelvin Hopkins

"Luton is such a great place, with so many young, talented individuals. I hope that this project reflects that in the way it develops and will be a showcase for Luton’s talent in years to come.” Gavin Shuker

The aim is to secure backing to ensure the Project endures and thrives long-term, providing support and funding for cultural, musical and artistic activities in the Luton area.

If you would like  us to come and talk to your local community group about the Project, please just ask!
